Our service can be customized to your needs based on the intensiveness you would like us to assist your company to upgrade to the safety standards you wish to have, or you may just wish to have someone to compliment your in-house safety inspections and trainings due to manpower constrain.

Our fees are based on the frequency and duration of visits at your workplace.

All Public or Industrial Buildings which satisfy at least one of the following conditions, are required to appoint a fire safety manager:

1. A public building that —

• has 9 storeys or more (including any basement);
• has an occupant load of 1,000 persons or more; or
• has a floor area of 5,000 square metres or more,

2. An industrial building that —

• has an occupant load of 1,000 persons or more; or
• has a floor area or site area of 5,000 square metres or more.

3. A foreign employee dormitory that —

• has an occupant load of 1,000 persons or more; or
• has a floor area or site area of 5,000 square metres or more.

4. A hospital

Our Fire Safety Managers have the experience and the commitments to ensure your company is free from fire hazards through conducting Fire Drills, Table-Top Exercises, Fire Safety Inspection, preparing and execute the Emergency Response Plan, ensure the remove of flammable substance to its desirable storage facilities. Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises, and guide building owners on Fire Safety Act and Fire Safety Regulations.
